Class Description

Cardio Pump - For 30 minutes this class will get the body moving and the heart pumping to great contemporary music.  The second half of the class will focus on strengthening the major muscles of the body.

Gospel Aerobics - will get the body moving and the heart pumping to great contemporary gospel music.  Watch out if the spirit hits you might have to shout and get you praise on!!!

Gospel Pump - As you lift weights to great gospel music, you will increase bone density; burn body fat and tone the body for a taller leaner look.

Kick & Pump - Kickboxing and weight training combined in one class, what a knockout.  Try this class it will wear you out!!!

Kickboxing - Forget what you have seen on tv and videos this is the real deal.  Come and get your butt kicked and enjoy every minute of it.

Kukuwa Dance Workout - Move your boomsey and shake up your workout with the rhythm of Latino Africano Carribbeano music with Kukuwa Nuamah dance workout.  The most fun you will every have working out.

Max Pump - is a pure unadulterated weight lifting class.  This class is designed to challenge even those big buff guys(Challenging enough for men, safe and effective for women).

Pilates - Designed by Joseph Pilates many decades ago, this most talked about group exercise class in recent history is one of the most effective ways to tone the body for a leaner sleeker look.

Yoga - Come lose yourself and escape from the stress of day-to-day humdrum.  Relax, let go and just breathe.  Renew mental focus, strengthen your body, release and relax through meditation.

Senior (Classes) - Pilates, Pump and Yoga are all designed for elderly individuals who need to increase strength and flexibility for day-to-day functional living.
